Vanilla bars
INGREDIENTS (for 6 bars)
Base:
40 g cashews
15 g pistachios
10 g grated coconut
50 g dates soaked in hot water to soften them
Stuffed:
200 g of our Vanilla-flavored Protein Pudding
100 ml almond drink
1 ½ sheets of gelatin
A handful of fresh blueberries
ELABORATION
- Place the cashews and pistachios in a food processor and blend for a couple of minutes.
- Add the grated coconut and drained dates and process again until combined.
- Spread over the bottom of a mould and bake for 8-10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º.
- Prepare the filling and hydrate the gelatin in cold water.
- Place the drink with the Protein Pudding in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent it from sticking.
- When it starts to smoke, remove from the heat, drain the gelatin and add it to dissolve it.
- Spread over the base of the buns and place the halved blueberries.
- Chill in the freezer for 10 minutes to make them ready faster.
- CUT INTO PORTIONS AND ENJOY!
